Staying on Track
This is a stressful time. COVID-19 is having a huge impact on the day-to-day lives of New Zealanders. Many people are feeling anxious, stressed, worried and scared. A new Staying on Track course, along with the resources on this webpage, have been developed to support people with their mental and emotional wellbeing through this time of uncertainty.
Mentemia
An app created by All Blacks legend and long-time mental health advocate Sir John Kirwan, tech entrepreneur Adam Clark, and an expert team of medical advisors. It provides users with practical tips and techniques to help them take control of their mental wellbeing.
Melon
Here you will find a health journal, resources and self-awareness tools to help people manage their emotional wellbeing. Melon also provides an online community for New Zealanders to connect and support each other and daily webinars for health and wellbeing. Melon is also planning to launch additional resources specifically to support 13 to 24 year-olds.
